Reach out to our customer service team with your return request at support@cryorec.com To obtain a full refund you must have proof of purchase and have your item in its original packaging. Shipping returns will be at the customers expense.

Exchanges
As a Cryorec customer, you have the option of requesting for a product exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item you wish to exchange for is priced lower or is of the same price as your original purchase. To qualify for the exchange, the original item purchased should be in good condition and be placed in the packaging it came with. Contact support@cryorec.com with a request for exchange and be advised of how to proceed with your exchange.

Shipping
