BY SIGNING UP AS AN AFFILIATE YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You must be a Cryorec customer in order to participate.
- Mass distribution of the referral link and/or code in any form as well as referring yourself will lead to exclusion from the program and any rewards earned will be revoked. The referral link is to be used solely on your company website or social media platform and any link / code is used for your followers and members.
- You cannot refer existing Cryorec customers.
- Cryorec may discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income.
- You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of Cryorec or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of Cryorec.
- The purchase must either be made through your unique referral link or involve your unique referral discount code in order for you to be credited. You will not earn your reward if the referred customer fails to do so and Cryorec is under no obligation to pay you a reward in such case.
- You acknowledge and agree that Cryorecs’ determination will be final and binding with respect to the referring party’s eligibility for any Affiliate Commission.
- Cryorec reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to exclude any participant at any time from the program.
- Cryorec reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deny any application to the program.
- The referring party shall govern himself/herself in a legal and ethical manner. The referring party shall not misrepresent
- Cryorec’s services and prices or impose any fees or charges or minimums in connection with Cryorec’ services.
- Cryorec reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate registration or activity. Cryorec, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to delay payment of any Affiliate Commission while it conducts an investigation of any such activity. If Cryorec, in its sole discretion, concludes a registration was deceptive you agree that Cryorec will not be obligated to pay any Affiliate Commission for such transactions.
- If you elect to choose a custom discount code, Cryorec, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject your requested code and modify it or replace it with a generated one. Commissions are paid out quarterly via PayPal on sales beyond the 30 day return period. You will need a valid PayPal account in order to be paid due commissions.
